Terms of Service
Effective: August 2026
1. Service
Clutch (“we”, “us”) is a Valorant VOD processing service. You upload a Valorant stream VOD (up to 4 hours); we automatically detect highlight moments — aces, clutches, multi-kills — extract up to 8 clips, score each clip by predicted click-through rate, and deliver the finished short-form video files to you. The service is Valorant-specific at launch.
2. Your Content
You retain full ownership of any VOD you upload and any clips we generate from it. By submitting a VOD you confirm you hold the rights to that content (including any third-party music or footage within it). You grant us a limited, revocable licence to process and store the VOD solely for the purpose of delivering clips to you. We do not claim any ownership of your content and will not distribute or monetise it.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Clutch to process content you do not own or have permission to upload, to circumvent platform terms of service, or for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.
4. Payment & Cancellation
Clutch is billed at $29 USD per month. Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, but if we fail to deliver processed clips within a reasonable time due to an error on our end, contact us and we will make it right.
5. Data & Privacy
Uploaded VODs are stored temporarily for processing and deleted within 30 days of clip delivery unless you request earlier removal. Generated clips are stored until you delete your account or request removal. Your email address is used only to deliver clips and service notifications. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We make no guarantees that clip detection will be exhaustive or error-free. CTR scores are predictions, not guarantees of performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding any claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
