Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect
We collect your email address when you sign up or submit a VOD link for processing. We collect the VOD URL or file you submit, and any metadata generated during processing (clip timestamps, scores, detection logs). We do not collect payment card details directly — payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe).
2. How We Use It
Your email is used to deliver clips, send processing status notifications, and inform you of material changes to the service or pricing. We do not sell your email or use it for third-party advertising. Your VOD content is processed solely to extract and score highlight clips for you.
3. Storage & Retention
Uploaded VODs are stored on Cloudflare R2 and retained for up to 30 days after clip delivery, then automatically deleted. Generated clips are retained until you request deletion or close your account. Processing logs (detection scores, timestamps) may be retained for up to 90 days for debugging and quality improvement.
4. Sharing
We share data with the minimum set of third-party services needed to operate: Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email). Each processor handles data under their own privacy terms. We do not sell data to any party.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing jung092737@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use a single session cookie for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
7. Changes
We will notify you by email of any material changes to this policy at least 14 days before they take effect.
