Acceptable Use Policy

1. Content Ownership

You may only submit VODs from a Twitch channel you own and control. Clutch verifies channel ownership through Twitch OAuth before processing any VOD. Submitting third-party content you do not own is prohibited and is technically blocked by the Service.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to process, generate, or distribute:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content
• Content that sexualizes or endangers minors
• Content depicting real violence, gore, or harm to persons or animals
• Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content targeting individuals or protected groups
• Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation content
• Content that infringes intellectual property or publicity rights
• Content that violates the Terms of Service of Twitch, Riot Games, or any platform you distribute to

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent channel ownership verification
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing Service output as your own automated service
• Automated abuse, scraping, or attempts to exceed plan limits
• Reverse engineering or interfering with the Service infrastructure

4. AI Processing Disclosure

Clutch is an independent product. It uses third-party AI models to detect gameplay moments and to generate thumbnail images. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI model provider, by Riot Games, or by Twitch.

The Service does not accept freeform user prompts. Input is limited to a VOD URL from your own verified channel. Video output consists of segments extracted from your own source footage — the Service does not generate synthetic video.

5. Enforcement

We may review submitted and generated content for compliance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and we may report illegal content to the relevant authorities.

6. Reporting

Report violations or concerns to support@useclutch.io. We respond within 3 business days.
